We have outside toilets including one suitable for customers with disabilities/wheelchairs
There is a charge for the Cottage Garden, but not to visit the nursery or tearooms. We also have an annual ticket for those who like to visit us regularly throughout the seasons. Please check details.

We welcome children but they must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times for their safety. Please note there are ponds in the garden. We also ask parents to be aware that trays of hot drinks are being carried to customers inside and outside, so please do not allow children to run around eating areas.
We have our own homemade/recycled paper gift vouchers available for any amount over £10. These can be used in the tearooms, gift shop, plants or garden. They can be purchased directly from the tearooms or ordered and paid for over the phone or by bacs. Postage will incur a charge.
We are a strictly “No Smoking” environment in the eating areas and gardens. Smoking is permitted in the carpark.
Only food and drink purchased from the tearoom may be consumed on the premises. No picnics. As we are a tearoom and bake our own cakes we do not allow customers to bring their own birthday/celebration cakes.

Strictly no professional photography unless by prior arrangement with the owners (this will incur a charge).

The tearooms, plants, toilets and garden (weather dependent) have fairly good accessibility although large mobility scooters may find difficulty on some surfaces/areas. Unfortunately, we do not have wheelchairs for loan.
